Our Agency's habit of Keeping the phones dead

Sub: Please Help. Unable to book a cyliner as the Indane Gas agency keeps the phone dead, consumers not able to communicate.

My Indane LPG Consumer number is 12120, The agency address is Guruvayrappan Indane Gas Agency at No.8, Gangai Amman Koil, 3rd Street, Chennai - 600024, Tamil Nadu. Every month its a big problem as we try to make a phone call to book a cylinder with these people, as they keep their phones down daily for several hours and not taking any incoming calls. Requesting Indane and its good offices to fix the regular problem we are facing and force the Guruvayur Gas Agency to change their anti consumer policy and help the poor consumers of Indane Gas.
