Non-availability of spareparts

I am using Honda Activa purchased in 2004. The floor of the Honda Activy is damaged due to junk. I have demanded the floor from Ganga Auto, Surat but they say that floor is not available. I am requesting them since last 15 days. But still they have not provided. It is very difficult to use. Again it is also risky because it can injured my legs. Please do something. Urgent.
