Honda Activa
NOT ATTENDING COMPLAINTS

Sir, I and my family were feeling very happy to purchase a Honda Activa. But soon this happiness disappeared due to not attending of complaints by the staff. I purchased Honda Activa (WB-36A 5859) from Kharagpur, W. Midnpur, W. Bangal on 22.7.11. But after few days its visor got damaged. Complaint was lodged No. 37 dated 07/8. The Service supervisor inspected the vehicle throughly and found that the damage was not due to accident/carelessness, and perhpas due to manufacture defects. accordingly he sent mail to his higher auth.asking for replacement, but no reply got till now.
