ETERNO HONDA ENGINE OIL GETS EXHAUSTED AFTER EVERY 1000-1500 KMS

I have purchased a Honda eterno scooter on 27.08.2007 from M/s Globus Motors (P) Ltd Saraswati Vihar bearing invoice no. 07IN02631.I have have reported several complaints regarding engine oil gets exhausted after every 1000-1500 Kms but no satisfactory solution has been recieved. When i approached to service center they asked me to come with the service booklet because your engine is having d problem if d scooter is in warranty it will costs u about Rs.1500 and if it is not in warranty it will costs you Rs 8000.On submitting the booklet and keeping the scooter for 5 days they have returned the scooter as it is by saying that your scooter is working properly. I m fed up by giving complaints.

Pleas give me some suggestions.
