Gear shifting problem

Hi sir

I purchased honda shine on 09-04-08 at Aadi honda, malakpet, hyderabad. From the date of purchasing my bilke giving me the gear shifting problem heavily. I went to the show room they are saying after first servicing every thing will be ok.

But total 5 servicing are completed but problem is still there.

In each servicing i use to gave complaint on it but no use.

Servicing center people are not even trying to resolve my problem

What should i do now.please help me in this.
