Not giving my delivery even after completion of 4 months

Sir i had booked on 8/6.for black with blue.the expected date is 30 to 40 days.from 8/6. to 9/26 50 days completed .now he is saying we will not give that colour .and do what u want to do.so please i want justification

as he is giving response in arash manner .and not speaking in a good manner. so please look into this problem .now he is saying ur booking is cancelled.if i dont get any reply and justification .i will sue the honda in consumer forum to the loss of damage .what i undergone.
