Dear Sir,
I am hereby reporting grievous against pilot Honda mulund show room nearby nirmal lifestyle (Mumbai). This is very awful experience to me that since last six months with ample of calls and exhausted follow up with personnel of said showroom. I am still deserted with my RC book.(Aviator black)
Every next day these peoples are coming with new excuses and promises.
They killed my valuable time by just diverting calls with each other. They don’t have any register of customer request. My every call starts with same a phenomenon that is my bike detail. No matter from where I am calling from whether through STD or local.
I assume the responsibility of showroom manager Mr. sharad more to guide us but sad part is we are ignored badly. Today they had reached the limit of ******** saying that my RC book has taken by someone. I am wondering if is there any check to stop harassing customer.
I am strongly pointing out name of few reckless people that I had encountered so far.

I think they don’t know what is after sale service. Sorry to register you that I can not recommend any of my spheres to enter into any relation with this showroom.
I don’t understand how come such ignorant and reluctant people have got authority to run India’s top automobile company show room.
Such experience really defames the loyalty of Honda. Kindly guide me for my RC book. The detail of my vehicle is as under.
