Policy sold by fraud by ICICI Prudential

A policy was sold to by fraud showing many benefits of the policy. but after payment is deducted from my side, i call ICICI customer care and i was shocked that non feature which i was told is in my policy. it is a clear case of fraud.

i was told that i may include my family members in the policy cover but now when i call to cover my wife, they are clearing saying that it is a indivudual policy and non other than me can be covered under this.

a sum of Rs. 8000.00 (approx) is deducted from my account.

pl tell me what should i do to recover the amount.
