Hotel clark, east delhi
False commitment

I got the membership of hotel clarke, east delhi and along with that they issued me some coupons which i cud use if i visit there.coupons of drinks says "complementary drink of 30 ml" but when i received the drink it was only 25 ml, morover the waiter name "suneet" told me that it was 30 ml.

i had a argument with the manager and these guys started giving false explanations which was absolutely baseless. moreover they were so rude that they didnt meant to say atleast sorry.

when i said i will complaint in consumer forum, they said its of no use as this is not usa its india.

this consumer forum wont do anything . i want you to please show this restauranter that how effective consumer forum is??
