They sold me a used mobile fone

I purchased a fly mobile fone from Hot Spot. It's seal was open, they said that the openned seal to show customers as they don't have a dummy set of the product. When I took that phone to my home I found that there were so many fone numbers and still fotoes stored in the mobile fone.
