Hotspot
Continous successive dates but no delivery

Sir/Madam,

With refrence to the above subject I would like to make a complaint against Hotspot Dwarka Sector-10.

I had taken a Nokia 6500 from Hotspot and I had taken a extended warranty as well which covers, that any damage to the phone and Hotspot would get it repaired.

I gave my phone to Hotspot on the 28 th July and after that they have given me 4 different dates (10, 14, 17 & 24 August) but I haven't received my phone yet.

I have talked to the Area Manager (Mr. Karan) as well and he promised me that I will get my phone on the 24th August but still I have not received the phone.

I am feeling helpless at this point as they say that they will tell the status of my phone on the 28th August.

Please help me to get my phone as early as possible.
