Charging problem with mobile

Dear Sirs,
I purchased one Fly Sx210 Mobile from Hotspot mobile store in Begupet, Hyderabad 11 months back vide bill no. Invoice No. 231101582 dtd 04/08/08 along with care pack-B (for which I paid rs.600.00 extra). While purchasing the mobile the manager confirmed me that it is possible to get 50% of the current market value back if the mobile has some problem/Damaged and will immediatly reimburse the amount.
Since last two three months, I had problem with the charging and the charging socket in the mobile is not working everytime. I got it replaced by paying Rs.400.00 two times but same problem.
When I visited the same store for exchange of new mobile, I was told it will take one month for them to issue Credit note. I visted them sevaral times then but no use. Actually the magnager there does not seems to be carring for any post sales services.
I wish to lodge my complaint against the company for false promises made and there by cheating the customers.
