Poor cusotmer service

Hello,

I bought E 90 Nokia mobile from HOTSPOT sector 31, Gurgaon branch. I bough insurance on the phone as well from HOTSPOT towards damage and repair etc.

My phone is lying with them since Oct. 5 for repair, I have not heard eversince. Though they have a call center, either no one picks up the phone or it is coming engaged.

I do not have any clue what to do.

Can I get some help?
