I Have Not received My P.F. till Date

Respected Sir,

I was working with Hotspot Retails Ltd about eight month ago. When i have left the company i have submitted my all document to the my

H.R.Department. Whenerver i ask for my P.F.status to the H.R. Department they told me we have already sent your document to the P.F.offoce. And give me a Customer Care No. also. But, when i call to that No. its always seen busy.

Please help me regarding this essue.
