Veoice Problem in New Nokia Mobile Phone

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to do complaint of Hotspot Mobile Shop (DE 85, Nazafgarh Main Road, Tagore Garden, New Delhi).

On Sunday i was buy one new nokia mobile phone (Nokia Xpress Music 5310) from this shop (Salesman name is Mr. Sunil Anand). That time he said this model camera is not good. But i buy becoz i dont need camera for my use. But one more problem in this phone which i got after purchase.

That time he is not expalin to me about mobile phone sound problem on this model. I want to tell you this phone sound volume is very low even i cant hear the bell when i use mobile phone cover into my belt.

Today when i go to this shop again Mr. Sunil said this is problem with this model phones which i already told you before buy the phone. He said i cant do now anything for you. He said i am not responsible for this.

Please tell me if he told me the sound problem on this model can i buy this model???

Now i feel very bad and this is big loss for me becoz this phone is not good for use. I dont know what i do now.

Please help me.
