I have bought a new Mobile nokia 6233 which has started giving problem in just on`e month of purchse

. the date of purchase is 20/4. the details of the mobi nokia 6233 c black imei 352915025223259. Since the mobile is giving problem right from the first date of installation I need free replacement of the mobile. I have given the same to the shop for taking action. the details of the shop is hot spot retails pvt limited shop no 81 phase -3b2, mohali punjab, tel 0172 -4617481. The shop owner also behavior was also not proper.
