Hot Spot /Spice C-810 mobile
Not Satisfiesd with hot spot service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to do complaint of Hotspot Mobile Shop (DE 85, Nazafgarh Main Road, Tagore Garden, New Delhi).

My name is Karan chawla. I live in west Delhi. 3 months back i purchased spice C-810 model mobile phone.

After 2 months of purchase this cel was giving me trouble and it becomes off.

I submit that cellphone to the authorized service center of Spice Hotspot Mobile Shop (DE 85, Nazafgarh Main Road, Tagore Garden, New Delhi).on 16 Sept.2008.

Whenever I went to Hot Spot Center after a gap of 1 week they told me Sorry Sir, next week we will definately give u ur cellphone.

But till now I havnt got my cell phone from them after lot of reminders... every time I call them they say It will come in next week.

Please help me in getting my cell phone as earliest as possible.
