Unauthorised drainage connection

Dear Sir,

im residing in kphb 3rd phase H NO:2/10 lig flats. My concern is about a drainage connection which is opened on the way which is very narrow and which is illegal according to the layout plan. Inspite of informing to the respective muncipal officers no officer responded to my complaint. My kind request is to check it n do the needful as soon as possible.
