Delay delivery

Hellow sir,

i am booking my activa on 9/06 by booking amount 1000/- rs. in innovative motors pvt. ltd. in ahmedabad, gujarat my customer id is 72945 and reciept no is 2630

when i book activa they says to give delivery on 15 days from booking

they call me on 17/06 and tell me to make full payment i give him full payment on the same day by cheque my reciept no 2971 and the amount is 45780/-

now the date is 11/07 till i not get active when we inquiry then they say company can not provide us stock this is true or they make black of activa take on if get fast delivery
