Free SIM with existing SIM

I have registered my request to deliver Free SIM as per Airtel Scheme to provide the same Free alongwith my current SIM Mobile No.9818702317.

But 5 days already left on today i.e. 19.03.2010 neither I have received the same nor any positive response from Airtel Customer Care.

Kindly arrange to deliver the same urgently or give positive response today itself.
