About Road Closing
Closing of Common Road

Dear Sir,

This is complaints againts Harresment of Common Road closing by one of The society menber. We are reiding near Nutan Nagar Society, Killa-Pardi, Dist-Valsad, Gujarat since 40 years and using common road for vehical movements. But since last tree years one of Mr. Niranjan Desai staying in one of the house which is near by this common road.By profession he is Loyer and stable finacially.By his money power many times he try to close this road, by giving the reason that road is property of Society & the people who passing on the road are nusence, but due to oppose of the people he can not stop. But yesterday he make Fense & close the road. People are not talk any thing because poor and not understanding the Rules & regulations. But in the betterment & help to the people this road required to open, untill there is no other road open near by, as all we use this road since 40 years.

Requset please do needful & and have solution. or other wise this the best example of Jo Hukami & Rupee Power (Which aleady in our country) in our country.
