Faulty telephone

My telephone having number 914692691528 is not working properly since 12/3. Last week I have lodged a complaint in computerised fault repairing centere that Number is Y516. After that complaint the phone worked a single day. Again it has dead. Another complaint booked on 22nd march. That number is Y566 till today morning nobody was attended. Today morning I personally went to the Kunnamthanam Telephone Exchange to lodge another complaint. The duty officer write down my number after half an hour the line was worked with some disturbances. After one hour again the same was happend. I called to the Exchange the duty Officer told me, make a complaint in 198. I lodge a complaint, the response is complaint is already booked the Number is y 566.

please take necessary action to take immediate rectification of my faulty line. I also have broadband connection, due to this line problem i do not get the internet in properly and as when I needed.

I again requested you to kindly take this appropriate authority and take action against this and rectify the fault at the earliest.
