Chair not replaced since 2 months

I had bought a Dining set with 6 chairs which had roughly cost me 12999/-. The delivery was made on 30th may 09 and few days later the carpaenter from company came to assemple it. One chair was defective and had broken leg. I gave the carpenter a letter for replacement. I lodged teh complaint the same day to teh house full furniture store. they said new chair will come in 2-3 days..Since then i have been calling them 20-30 times and everytime they tell they will replace.
