Items not unloaded at vijaynagaram (AP)

Espected sir,

i m serving in indian navy and had send my household items from vasco-da-gama to vizaynagaram (AP). by 2848 (Amravati EXP) on 17th Jun 08 vide receipt no 583951 dated 16th Jun 08 where i was asked to pay Rs 350 for loading of items other than the money taken in bill, i had repeatedly confirmed from the officer sitting in parcel office if the money for loading is not included in the bill where he said, "no u have to pay them for loading ".when i came to collect my items (06 packages and 01 motorcyccle) at vizaynagaram station on 20th Jun 08 i was told that the parcel office has recieved only 03 items and i m asked to come after 4-5 days.

sir i have traveled from visakhapatnam to vizaynagaram with a hired vehicle with an intention to take my items to my workplace (visakhapatnam), now as the items are not available i have to again spend Rs 2000 for shifting my rest of the items from vizaynagaram to visakhapatnam. where there is no sureity as the items will come after 4-5 days.
