Replacement

I had registered a complaint for a defective monitor last week (complaint no: ca0572389). After 2 days your authorized service person came to our office and took the monitor for repair, only to return it in the same condition after 2 days, informing us that HP will contact us. Nothing has happened so far??? The monitor is a fresh piece purchased last week.
