Delay in receiving gift

Dear sir,

My name is mansa shankar and Im a student studying in bangalore..This letter is regarding the annoying delay in receiving the gift that was offered to me when I bought my HP-pavillion DV5 notebook. Its been over a month since I bought it and till date I have not received any gift neither any sort of explanation of the delay. Its simply very annoying. I seriously hope that after this letter of mine the concerned authorities will take some action or atleast give me some explanation of this delay because its not just me but many more who complain of the same reason.
