Non-Delivery of Gift Item

I have purchased HP Pavillion Laptop from HP retail center on 25/10 and as per the promotion offer within 6-8 weeks they have to send a digital camera (Make: Kodak) by submitting DD of Rs. 990/-.

I have sent the required amount of DD on 26/10 and got the confirmation on 30/10 from the recipient but till date they have not send me my gift item.
