my laptop model Hp DV4 1133TX

i bought the above laptop on DEC 31st

till date i didn't received my gift, i send all the necessery documents and D.D worth RS 1499/- in favour of Solutions integrated marketing sevices pvt limited.

i also send 3 mails to hp redemption team but they are not at all responding to those emails, when ever i call them they don't respond.

so i kindly request you to help me as early as possible
