NOT GETTING GIFT UPTO NOW

Sir,

i was purchasing a laptop on 25th of december hp pavallion series after that i was applied for a gift of Philips 5.1 Home Theatre on 7th of january hp promise i am getting gift with in 45 days after applied date so upto now i am not getting any gift i think 115 days had left so please tell what can i do so i can getting gift do something otherwise i will go in consumer court reply as soon as possible
