HP Pavilion Laptop promotional gift is not received

Dear Sir,

I have purchased HP Pavilion laptop on 26/01. To get the promotional offer of Philips Home Theater I have registered with HP site and sent all the required document along with cheque of Rs.1499 to SOLUTION INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD which handles the HP's promotional offer.

And got the acknowledgment for the documents that I sent. The cheque was realised on 26/03.

And the offer says that the gift will be dispatched within 6 weeks of time.

However even after waiting 4 months of time there is no sign of receiving the gift and there is no acceptable response given by the company which always saying the stock is unavailable.

And I am sure lot of people facing same/similar issue with HP promotional offer.
