Non receipt of gift

I purchased hp pavillion desktop with Srl No. CNX8460TYS on 13 Mar from Strategic Information Technologies Pvt Ltd., Dehradun.

I submitted a dreaft of Rs 999/- on 19 Mar at Innovative Incentives Chandigarh. My redemption code is PMB88JEFXQ.

On 30 jun I receive an SMS that my gift has been dispatched through ELBEE WITH DOCKET nO. 295943841.

Today on 21 Jul Ihave not received any gift.

I have made the following complaints to hp but to no avail:-

Complaint Identification No. CCHSAP212823, CA 0794998, CA 0802671.

I think I am being cheated.
