Gift with HP Pavillion Laptopn not delivered

I had bought a HP Pavillion Laptop alongwith which upon payment of Rs 1299/= a Philips Video Music Player-2GB as gift would be delivered But till date I am only pursuing with them and gift is not delivered. Only time is bought from me with excuses that they are unable to track the claim or gift can't delivered to destination by their courier etc. Relevant correspondences are below:
