Dear mr gaurav.. as u said that u have taken laptop tx1000 tablet from one dealer..u came to our service station, pune... we found that u have taken old laptop in buyback deal..as mentioned in your invoice u will get only warranty for 6 months... so u can't get warranty direct from hp..but if u ask or request the dealer you will definately get service with cheaper prise... so dont worry about your product...!!!
