Good that you had time to reply to me, it is surprising every time a new fool replies to my mail. Also your CEO DOES NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY.Ihave allready discontinued my credit card as i do not know where the money is, so from now on you deal with the credit card co. Also i will send our communication to as many people so they do not get fleeced by you

It is fantastic that india today book club will refund 3199 rupees that it fraduntly took out from my credit card. I am extremely grateful to india today bookclub. Also do not worry about the credit card intt &late payment charges - as you at india today bookclub think yourself to be allmighty. It must be me who must have done the goof up because it is me who will have to provide you with a scanned copy of my credit card statement- you at india todaybookclubare so lasy that even the details have to be sent to you so that you can act on them. You talk about our association great once this episode is concluded i wish to keep no ass. with india today bookclub also i will see to it that as many people know about it as possible

I Dr sanjay Shrivastava, having membership no ITBC09902091, had ordered a REEBOK shoes worth 2999 along with free giftsof track suit, bag, &towel. Ifirst placed the order by credit card no 4339501928080010 (BARCLAY CARD). But due to some problem i was told that the credit card payment was rejected, as seen by your above letter to me. Then i was told i could still get my order by paying cash on delivery. Same goods were delivered to me on 07/03 on cash payment of Rs 3318 (including octroi). Today i recieved my credit card statement which reflects a payment of 3199 on 27/02 for the same product. This clearly shows that i have been charged twice for a same single product. I would like you to refund the credit card payment immediately before 22/03, as payment later than this date will be leived a delay payment charge, by the credit card co. Ihave also registered a complaint with your customer care exective Mr Ravindra, the complaint no being -23496.

Kindly take necessary action immediately so that i am spared further trouble.
