Desktop pc DX2280 not working under warranty

A desk top PC was purchased by Employees Provident Fund Organisation in june which is under three year warrnaty having model no DX2280 and machine serial no ini71506WT is not working and giving problem since one month. The machine is not booting. The PC is located at one of its field office at Barbil near OMC factory. The office telephone no is 9437610855 of sri laxmidhar sahu, Enforcement officer. I therefore request u to depute ur technical support person to resolve the problem.
