I booked for my refill gas cylinder through internet booking facility . booking no 355863 dt 23.11.2010. till date i have not received any gas cylinder despite various reminders to the gas agency as well as complaint to the HP gas through (complaint ref no. 10032085 dated dec 09 and again a reminder on 11.12.2010 also i registered my grievance on toll free telephone complaint ref no. 2120275183. )till now i have not received any gas cylinder despite the verbal assurance of the gas agency&--manjit gas agency garhshankar.
pls do the needful so that our grievance is taken care off and we are not harrassed in future.
