SOLD PRODUCT WITH WRONG PROMICES AND PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING SATISFACTORY

The salesperson who handled the sales to me was Apeksha Shah.
She promiced me the that I will get proper service from Care Office. if there will be any problem in product and she also told me that the HP service station is going to be in the basement of faredeal house only so if there will be any service require then I will get it properly.
Since I have bought the product the product is not working properly and there was manufacturing defect since I bought the product. Within four month of use the speakers of the machine stoped working. I brought it to care and after checking they told me to take it HP serivece station so I took it to HP serivece station at ashram road. They have kept my PC for week time and get it repaired and in few days after repaired one speaker stoped working.
Withing 9 month of purchased the product the Hard disk of the computer is stopped working and I again bring the product to Care Office where they formated hard disk and due to that I have loosed all my data. Then they asked me to order recovery disk. I order recovery disk. They tried that and told me that its still not working so to take it to the service station again.
Ultimatly, up to this point the product is not working at all and I m loosing everydays business work for what I bought the computer for.
