Key got out

The left click button (mouse) came out from one position.. Have visited the service center for the replacement as the laptop is still in warranty.. Thay told that it will be out of warranty case & will be in physical damage.

The key got out automatically & when told to give me in writing how the key got damages as per them.. Te refused to give me the letter & quoted me a price of Rs 7000 as replacement for the single key...

Pls suggest what should me future course of action should be
