Delay in delivery of gift [22"LCD TV]

Dear sir,

I purchased HP Compaq Notebook Sl. No. CND9441 JR6 . No delivery of gift [ 22" LCD wall-mountable TV of Vidiocon ] has been made though a bank draft of Rs.9000/- has been sent to them which has been creared as informed by the company but delivery of gift is not being done. I sent several mails on their Help Desk, but there is no response. In the end of Feb.2010 they given status that it will delivered by 5th March. After that it has been informed in status that it is in process but when it will be delivered, on this they are silent and they are not giving any answar/reply. It is requested that pl. help me and suggest to whom I may approach for help and complaint for such negligence.
