Dear Sir,

I have bought a laptop product compaq CQ45-106au & product serial no. CND8350ZFC under gift scheme. We have deposited the cheque amount of Rs. 1299 on dated 5 March through cheque no.

174326 bank name HDFC BANK jaipur. As per company policy and terms & condition they have commited to deliver within 4 to 6 weeks. But i have call his office A-2, Okhla -1, N.D Sex times. Every time we commited to deliver 2 week, 3 week, 2-3 week etc... What a poor services? Allready they are charging the amount against handling charges and time for deliveing on our door step but we ready to collect from his office. But nobody is taking pain. Kindly Help me out.
