SINCE 4 MONTH NOT RECEIVED THE CLAIMED GIFT

I have also purchased a COMPAQ PRESARIO notebook C770TU on 12-7, For the purchase of the model between PRESCRIBED date Promotional Offer HP Digital Music Receiver (WI-MUSIC CARD), on sending the claim documents. Eventhough I have send all the required documents along with DD of rs. 500 within the stipulated time, bt no gift has been sent to me yet on 1-11 (since 4 months). i have call them 6-7 times but they always promise me to delivered that with in 10 days but they always proves themselves lier.
