I have bought a new hp compaq laptop model no C772TU on 09 june frm INITIATIVE DATA SYSTEMS (P) LTD., SINGAR NAGAR, ALAMBAGH, LUCKNOW.from the begining battery backup was just 1 hour on full charge.i have made a complaint to dealer as well as to the authorised service center but they r saying that on there battery check software condition of the battery is good hence they can do nothing for me.

please look into the matter
