Hp compaq presario v3000-342av
Motherboard & AMD processor having problem

Sir,

my younger sis purchased a hp compaq presario v3000-342av, serial no. 2ce7260clt on 31/8. this notebook is creating a lot of problem, the AMD processor that you have provided with this notebook is of no use, all the time it gets hanged & gets heated up within minutes. due to this the motherboard also suffers and now is totally gone.

when we went to one of your service centers in haldwani (uttarakhand, india), your service personal said that he will get it repaired but there is no guarantee that it will work properly and asked us to buy a new one rather than getting this one repaired.

sir with due respect i just wanted to know that if your company can't provide the service to customers then why have you installed so many service centers in the whole country.

i just want you guys to tell me what should i do? i am really fed up with this product of yours. kindly reply me as soon as possible.
