Dear sir, we have purchased HP Compaq Pressario Desktop 3570IL from your dealer IT Mart, Thane, Maharashtra, on 20th January. As per your offer we have not yet got the gift of HP all in one F4288 printrer and HP600VA UPS, as we have already sent the DD of Rs. 999/- from State Bank of India, Thane (DD No. 991118), along with necessary documents. Our redemtion code no. FLAX5VA51P. File no. 68777.

As per your promise within 45 days we should have got the above said gift. But we have not yet got any kind of reply or message from your side, as we have many times tried to contact with you. but no response from you. As a result we have finally come to the conclusion that we are being fooled by your company. Isn't it true? What is the problem??? We don't expect such poor service from you.
