Free gift item Kodak Digital Camera not received

I had purchased a Compaque Presario CQ 40. 144TU model Laptop on 23-01. Also I had sent a B.D. of Rs - 1299/- for free offer of Kodak Digital Camera on 27-01. I had mailed earlier several times inquiring about the position of my free gift but of no avail. I don't know what is the reason for such inordinate delay, but it is too much to wait for such a long duration.
