Theft by hp customer care centre and wrong part replacement

I have hp 2122tu notebook pc which has a light scribe dvd dual layer writer (model DS-8AZH 03C) and 512 mb Samsung ram by default.(which I have upgraded to 1.5 gb by adding 1 gb transient ram)

Recently I gave my laptop for dvd rom replacement at Precision informatics pvt ltd. Mumbai division.

The mechanics or workers (ya that’s true because they don’t deserve to be called as engineer)

Ppl replaced my rom at 6500/- and give a rom which was a dvd writer without light scribe. I recognized this and argued for replacement and original writer as per specification of 2122tu notebook. So after lot of negotiation he replaced that rom with some - supporting mitashi ram (without light scribe that found out latter). by thinking that least I can read and write disk so I give extra 500/- and took off laptop. After coming home I installed vista and then I found out that it was showing my ram as 512 mb only. And so opened notebook ram panel, and I was shocked as there was just one module of ram and that too of hynix which I never bought for my laptop.

So it’s clear that ‘Precision informatics pvt ltd. Mumbai division’ has stolen my original ram and replaced it with hynics 512 ram.
