HP Desk Jet Printer (All in one)
Not received the free gift by your courier service

I purchased a Computer from Digital Computech, Kuchkuchia Road, P.O. & Dist. - Bankura on 11.11.2008. At that time there were two free gift offer on that set purchase - (i) One HP UPS (ii) One HP Deskjet Printer (All in one). I send a Bank Draft of Rs. 1, 000/- to Inovative Incentives & Events Pvt. Ltd. on 09.01.09 by Registered Post. On 10.03.09 I received one HP UPS from M.K. Trade Link Courier Service, Bankura through your Courier Service in my address below. But till date I have not received my second gift i.e. HP Deskjet Printer (All in one). So, I complained to HP Redemption Support on 01.09.2009. They informed me on 02.09.2009 that they send my second gift (Printer) on 05.02.2009 through Elbee Express Courier Service. But I have not received my gift. So I request you please enquire the matter seriously and inform me why I have not received the Printer till today and arrange to send it in my address.
