Non receipt of Offered printe

I have purchased one HP Compaq Desktop PC in Feb 09 on the scheme of Now or Never Offer where they agreed to give One HP all in one Printer and One HP UPS for the Price of Rs 999/- on draft. The mentioned amount draft from Andhra Bank I have submitted and my redemption code is 8SEAEOZLLN. I have received one HP UPS from HP by Blue Dart courier service last month. Still today I did not receipt my printer which HP has agreed to give me within a Month. Please do needful for speedy delivery of HP Product.
