I purchased the HP printer model: DJ F 735 on 19.02.2009 from CROMA Thakur Mall, Mumbai and havinng the problem of Paper Jam due to roller problem. On my previous complaint (Ref : 8031324106) Engineer Mr Lalit from Redington attended on 04.11.09 and attended the same. But after 10 days the problem repeated. Previous service call report of M/S Redington case number is 2759546. Please look in to and send your Engineer to get rectify the defect.
