HP Domestic LPG Gas Connection

Dear Madam/Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am having a HP Gas Connection number 609062 in the name of Vishal Sharma. We booked the gas a month back in June till date we have given umpteen number of calls but in vague. Also, we had no problems till last month and now when it is Panwar Gas Agency it has become hell. I have never been harassed so much till all my life by a Gas Agency. It is pathetic that you give dealership to such dealers who embarrass customers. Moreover, the distribution center is 15 kms away from Vaishali, so accessibility is limited. Can you help or do I have to move to Consumer Court? I fail to understand how can a brand like HP allow to tarnish their brand image like this. Also, can you help me know how can I transfer to Indane or Bharat, they have much better services.
